I stumbled upon some 3D glasses today and thought it would be neat to make some effects that worked with them. Check out the thing above. With 3D glasses, it comes out toward you then retreats behind the rest of the content.
A while ago, I played around with an exploding text effect. You could click a button and nuke the words of Ted Cruz. This seems like an effect for 3D embellishment. This time you nuke my words though. Ouch.
