Custom Project Lifecycle tool used to track nationwide network of sales representatives, their respective firms, and their projects from initial contact though order fulfillment.
Parasoleil had a broad network of sales representatives and firms. Managing active projects, representative performance and tracking individual project details had become inefficient. Additionally, individual sales reps did not have a standardized way to track the individual details of their projects.
Individual, password-protected accounts permit representatives to manage their own collection of projects through their respective lifecycles. Graphs and statistical sections unique to each user allow them to visualize their pending deals and visualize their effectiveness at closing deals.
Parasoleil Headquarters received a master account through which they could view the portal from a company-wide perspective as well as refine the information it presented by firm or individual representative in order to keep records of their most effective performers. We implemented an event-based and time-based notification system that allows Parasoleil HQ to remain up to date on the status of all pending projects and the activity of their representatives. To preserve useful elements of their existing workflow, we pushed data from all appropriate events to Parasoleil’s Salesforce account. It was important for representatives to be able to use this tool in the field, so we ensured all aspects of the application functioned and appeared properly on all devices. The portal is equally as effective on a smartphone as it is in a web browser.
